For us it is the brewing of our annual Eccles Stout which marks the commencement of the festive season. Each year our dear friends at 40FT brewery deliberate and tweak the recipe afresh, each year the result is even better than the one before. A darkly rich, gently spiced, pale-golden-headed pour.
