Boulevard Napoléon wines are the wines we make ourselves, in our own winery in the La Livinière Premier Cru in the heart of the Minervois, South West France. This wine is an example of 'serious Cinsualt', showcasing complexity from a grape which doesn't always enjoy the same prestige and understanding of it's neighbours like Syrah and Carignan. Sourced from 60 year old Cinsault vines grown on the red schist soils in our l’Abeuradou vineyard at 400m above sea level. Gentle extraction and fermentation, preserve refreshing acidity, juicy red fruits and balance.
