Our St. John Pinot Noir is now produced in partnership with Famille Antech whom we have had a close relationship with since the start of St John. While more famous for sparkling wine production the high altitude and cool night time temperatures of Limoux also offer the perfect microclimate for fresh, elegant still wines. The soil here is an intricate mix of limestone in clay resulting in a wine of effortless drinkability. Ripe red cherry, violets and subtle spice on the finish.
