Many years of working with Union Champagne have allowed us to blend our St John champagne each year using Chardonnay from their growers' best vineyards in the Cote des Blancs. A classic styled Blanc de Blanc made from Chardonnay fruit sourced only from Grand and premier cru vineyards. The wine is matured on its lees for a minimum of 4 years before disgorgement. Dosage of 5g/L. A citrus focused elegant style of Champagne with nice toasty saline finish.
